Banana and peanut butter protein pancakes!
- 1 scoop of vanilla Whey protein
powder
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
(optional)
- 2 tablespoons of PB2 peanut butter
- 1 banana and half of another one cut
up
- 1 egg
- Sprinkle a little cinnamon
(optional)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
(optional)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
(optional)
NOTE: This makes
about 4 medium size pancakes.
